Sabisuu marketplace is an online marketplace platform where customers and service providers can meet, chat, and transact. Using the Sabisuu mobile app, transactions can take place from start to end, anytime, anywhere.

Sabisuu offers both customers and service providers a transaction platform. Service providers can offer standard services at fixed prices for a fuss-free experience, or multi-price package options for customers to choose according to their budgets. Communication can be done securely using the in-app messenger.

Payments are to be made before the service is performed. All payments will be released to the service provider only when the customer has confirmed that the service has been completed, or 7 days after the service provider has confirmed that the service has been completed. Either party can raise a dispute before payments are released to the service provider. Once a dispute is raised, the payment will remain on hold until a verdict on the dispute has been made, and payment will be released to the respective party after 2 days.

A phone number will be used to receive One-Time Passwords for verification purposes.

Yes, customers can sell services too. Simply download the Sabisuu Service Provider mobile app from your mobile app store and create an account to get started. However, please note that phone numbers for Sabisuu customer accounts and service provider accounts have to be unique.

Simply open the Sabisuu app, tap on the side menu, and head over to Settings. If you have updated your notification settings but your notifications are not updated, contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

In the event where customers pay service providers directly, Sabisuu will not be able to provide Dispute Resolution services or any other assistance. Customers will be solely responsible for such transactions. Sabisuu reserves the right to disable or permanently terminate the accounts.

A Standard service is offered at a fixed price. Service Packages are a type of service that is offered at more than one price point, and generally have slight variations in exact offerings.

It is best practice to chat with the service provider before making a booking.

On the service listing, simply tap on the “Book This Service” button. Then, input your booking details. Lastly, submit your payment using a debit/credit card. Service providers will receive a notification once your payment has been successfully made.

Currently, we accept debit or credit card payments. We are working on more payment options for you.

If your payment was declined, you can simply try processing the payment again. Alternatively, you could try using another debit or credit card to process the payment.

For any issues regarding payments, please contact your issuing bank.

We highly encourage disputes to be settled between customers and service providers.

In the event that you would like to cancel your booking after the service provider has accepted your order, you can raise a Dispute and we will attend to your cancellation requests accordingly. Simply open the side menu, go to “My Services”, and tap on the “+” button to start creating your service listings.

If you would like to add a Standard service listing, fill in the details and hit “Save”.

If you would like to add a Package service listing, fill in the details, select Package Service, and hit “Save & Add Packages”. Then, you can fill in the details of your first package. To add more, simply hit “Save & Add Other”.

A verified badge is awarded to accounts that have successfully been verified by Sabisuu. To get verified, service providers can contact us to request verification, and we will follow up from there. For more information, you may refer to our Service Provider Verification Policy here.

As an agent, you may not be the service provider. However, you can soon use the Sabisuu Service Provider mobile app as an agent for lead generation on a pay-per-enquiry basis. Stay subscribed for new updates.
